Job Description:

Position Title- AV TechnicianLocation- Seattle, WA 98104Duration- 6+ month contractPay ;- $35hr Requirement:• Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment including projectors, microphones, video cameras, soundspeakers, and video conferencing systems.• Troubleshoot AV issues promptly to minimize downtime during events and meetings.• Conduct regular system tests and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.• Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to improve AV infrastructure and capabilities.• Provide training and support to staff on using AV technology effectively.• Manage inventory of AV equipment and supplies, including procurement and vendor relations.• Stay current with the latest AV technologies and best practices.• Knowledge of Mac devices a plus.Special Additional Qualifications (Over Role Category Level)Education & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Audiovisual Communications, orrelated field.• 2+ years of experience in AV technology or a similar role.• Strong understanding of AV systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team membersand stakeholders.• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and collaboration tools.• Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends forevents.
