These are ideal career opportunities for a recently transitioned JMO or Sr NCO, especially with LEAN, manufacturing or warehouse distribution experience, or a civilian candidate with some supervisory experience in a production machining fabrication environment. As a Welding Superintendent you will oversee and drive operations for an entire department (Welding), and you will report directly to the Shift Production Manager.
