The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and increase brand visibility. This position collaborates as part of a cross-functional team to drive sales growth and ensure the overall success of our marketing initiatives. Responsible for community engagement, corporate donations, and selected events that build the brand's social and financial equity. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive salesConduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify market opportunities and competitive landscapeCollaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, including product descriptions, advertisements, and promotional materialsManage advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media platformsMonitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROIPlan and execute customer engagement events, promotions, and special offers to increase customer loyalty and retentionCoordinate with external agencies and vendors for the production of marketing materials and eventsManage the strategic alignment with non-profit partnerships and organizationsServe as the communications point of contact for the brand in speaking engagements, both internal and externalOversee all customer service initiatives and the Customer Care Department, creating strategies and identifying efficiencies to optimize the customer feedback experience RequirementsThis position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of related work and supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practicesProficiency in digital marketing techniques, Adobe Creative Cloud Design, MS PowerPoint, and ExcelExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentA proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns Have a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the retail sector
