Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities 247 single point of contact with on-site presence focused on real-time monitoring of capabilities operational status on multiple network domainsPerform all System Administration functions including any actions necessary to resolve minor issues, correct problems, restart or refresh services or interfaces, and monitoring data healthPerform Database maintenance and data integrity assurance duties for the numerous data repositoriesTrack all activities and discrepancies via enterprise tools and provide input on actions and technical assessmentsDetermine when and who should be called to escalate issues to Tier III or other programsMaintain call lists for all interfacing segments across the customer and provides hands on support and assistance to allAssist Tier I personnel in solving basic technical problems and for investigating elevated issuesReview and collect information appropriate for issue identification, coordination, and effective resolutionProvide enterprise planning and coordination supportProvide information systems security services to include Host-Based Security Services (HBSS) and audit reviewsProvide systems monitoring and incident reportingescalation servicesNotify and coordinate user impacts and system stability to appropriate offices and organizationsDocument detailed root cause analysis and investigation results within the appropriate tracking systemVerify and close problem investigations and change requestsDevelop and enhance Tier II O&M documentation and processesQualificationsRequired Experience, Education, Skills & TechnologiesAn active TSSCIwith CI polygraphTwo (2) years of system, database, and workstation administration experienceExperience working with ITSM toolsExcellent troubleshooting skills, e.g., root cause analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSecurity Clearance LevelTSSCI with an adjudicated CI polygraphWork ScheduleFull-time on-siteBenefits OfferedMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, TuitionTraining Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid Time Off, and Holidays.
