Job Description:

Key Responsibility:1. Responsible for delivering customer requests, providing professional and timely customer service and support through diversified customer interaction channels such as service hotlines, emails, customer apps, and social media.2. Responsible for answering customer inquiries about ZOOMLION products, technology, after-sales service etc. accurately and timely.3. Responsible for completing customer satisfaction surveys and recording customer evaluations.4. Responsible for recording customer complaints and suggestions, promptly forwarding them to relevant departments for processing, and following up on customer evaluation.5. Regularly summarize and provide feedback on issues encountered, and provide assistance in optimizing customer service processes and standards.6. Other key tasks assigned by the superiors.Qualifications and Competencies:1. Bachelor's degree or above, with professional background in Business Administration, Engineering Machinery, Mechanical Manufacturing, English, National Trade, etc.2. Over one year experience in after-sales service in the construction machinery industry, familiar with the entire after-sales service process.3. In addition to being proficient in the native language, one must be fluent in English or Chinese and possess good listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.4. Proficient in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.5. Identifying the corporate culture of ZOOMLION, one must have a good sense of service and empathy, be good at listening and communicating, be able to independently communicate with internal and external parties, handle customer demands, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
