Job Description:

Flagship Healthcare Properties is a fully integrated commercial real estate firm focused on clinical outpatient healthcare real estate. The Leasing & Marketing Associate will be a member of the marketing team and will work closely with the leasing and brokerage department to develop and execute marketing strategies for both the department and the overall company.The position requires digital marketing knowledge, analytical capabilities, content creation skills, proficiency in social media management, understanding of SEO, knowledge of email marketing, basic design skills, strong communication abilities, tech savviness, project management skills, familiarity with CRM tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Content creation for use on social media and other web platforms to drive traffic and promote our various service lines, properties "for lease" and corporate cultureLead content creation and production of property marketing materials. Materials include, but are not limited to brochures, email blasts, invitations, announcements, and other materials while ensuring adherence to brand standardsConduct market research and analysis to include in materialsCreateedit maps and aerial photographs in Google Earth Pro, SitesUSA and moreAssist leasing and brokerage team in their day-to-day activities, ensuring deadlines are met and high quality, Flagship-branded materials are created that elevate our brandAssist in the creation and delivery of time-sensitive deliverables (Requests for Proposals, Investor Presentations, etc.)Plan, attend, and implement broker events, conferences, trade shows, or networking events as requested to ensure that each event supports brand messaging and meaningful value to our team and attendeesPrepare and maintain leasing reports for listing assignmentsManage property listings in a variety of on-line marketing databasesAssist in creating and implementing new digital media strategies such as video content, SEO, email marketing, digital advertising, etc.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisionsProduce timely and accurate word-processed documents (reports, memos, charts, agreements, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)Proofread all materials for spelling, grammar, and layout; responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copyManage client information requests, including preparation and delivery of informationMaintain information in the company CRM database, including but not limited to: entering new contacts andor Companies, creating groups andor running reportsCreate and maintain transaction files to track all transaction-related documentation, including listing agreements, tenant representation agreements, commission agreements, etc.Submit check requests to Corporate Accounts Payable DepartmentMaintain filing system and efficient information retrieval systemConduct database research and managementAssist with other tasks and special projects as neededDesired Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's Degree or Commensurate Experience2+ years in marketing support roleKnowledgeable of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat)Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Real Estate experience a plusStrong Communication SkillsAttention to DetailCustomer Service orientedPlanning and OrganizingDeadline oriented Flagship Healthcare Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
