Job Description:

Responsibilities: * Create, manage, and implement content calendar for contractors- email (holiday emails, product-related emails, one-off requests, benefit information, recognition emails, company change emails, AB tests), social (in partnership with PR team), newsletter * Partner with internal and external creative agencies for marketing collateral creation * Manage project requests through internal project management platform, Workamajig * Funnel assets through all stakeholders for reviewapproval, including but not limited to legal, product, brand * Create and send emails in Salesforce; interpret metrics to inform performance and future messaging strategy * Manage content on Pro landing page with agency partner * Partner with PR team to assist in skilled trades involvement and amplification as well as reputation management software rollout * Assist in managing and tracking contractor benefit marketing, promo codes, updates, and new partnerships with sourcing team * Assist with annual skilled trades events and trade shows as needed (running point on projects for asset creation, event planning, etc.) * Create marketing tools for contractors and contractor relations team Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing or business preferred2 years of experience in entry-level marketing positionCross-channel collaboration experienceSalesforce classic proficiencyMicrosoft Outlook proficiencyAvailability to travel Self-starterAdditional InformationResponsible for leading strategies and campaigns, producing marketing communication materials, consulting internal and external management, serves as a subject matter expert, and may be responsible for reporting tracking marketing surveys and performance.
