If this appealsto you, please read on!Job Title: Cleanroom Lab ManagerLocation: Chandler, AZResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Ensure daily operation of all equipment in the clean room.Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program for the clean room facilities and provide preventative maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.Troubleshoot and coordinate with technical services of tool vendors for equipment services and repair in the event of equipment malfunctions, minimizing equipment downtime.Ensure the clean room facility complies with the safety standards, local environmental safety standards, and appropriate quality assurance standards.Maintain data sheets regarding hazardous materials and inspection and safety procedures pliance with clean room Class 10000 (ISO 7) standard with monitoring particle controls and positive air pressure.Train and supervise users of the clean room facility on protocols and safety.Maintain usage records and assist the facilities manager in project and financial review meetings.Stay current with technology development and suggest purchase of new equipment, negotiate technical specifications and prices for new instrument purchases, and supervise the installation of the instruments.Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.Collaborate closely with the team to ensure the facility adequately supports the direction of the company and its work related to demos and virtual line production.Assist in procurement procedures and install needed equipment and supplies as required.Assist Equipment and Process Engineering with demos and production applications regarding process requirements and tool itiate, propose, and develop content or projects in keeping with the strategic mission of the teamcompany.Work with the Warehouse Manager, Safety Manager, and Facilities Engineering to ensure proper cleanroom functionality and compliance.Qualifications: B.S. in physical sciences or engineering with 5+ years of relevant professional experience; M.S. or Ph.D. preferred.5+years' experience of hands-on semiconductor cleanroom operation, tool maintenanceRelevant IT skills and experience with utilizing online laboratory and equipment.Environmental Health and Safety laboratory safety trainingProficiency in MS Office ApplicationsTechnically proficient in process, equipment, and facilities aspects of laboratory management and can project manage the trades.Ability to read, understand, and interpret E-drawings 2D3D.Laboratory hazardous waste management experienceAbility to train and supervise others.Excellent communication skills, and the interpersonal ability to liaise effectively across multiple departments (Operations, engineering, external customers, facilities, warehouse, and safety)5s implementationmaintenanceadherenceCompensationYES also offers a performance-based annual bonus and a competitive benefits package, which includes a 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, in addition to flexible PTO and company stock.Additional InformationBackground check and pre-employment drug screen required.Employees must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.YES is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
