Adecco Creative and Marketing is partnering with the world's largest producer of medicine and vaccinations for pets and livestock. We are looking for a SEO Manager for a hybrid contract assignment in Parsippany NJ. They will support the execution of the SEO strategy for the Petcare Network, under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Content Marketing & SEO. Heshe must be highly collaborative, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and a creative problem solver.Main duties will include:Conducting SEO research. Conduct keyword research and competitor research, making suggestions for improvements and ensuring we're not cannibalizing keywords or duplicating efforts across the business.Improve technical SEO performance. Recommend fixes to development team and track progressresults. Understand and improve crawling functions, site architecture, and site infrastructure.On-page SEO. Work with our development team and CMS to optimize all pages for search engines (keywords, meta data, tagging infrastructure, and structured data), update internal links, and optimize site for page speed.Off-page SEO. Create and execute white-hat link buildingdigital PR strategy, working with internal and external partners.Reporting and analytics. Perform monthly tracking for key programs and metrics. Update presentations as needed with current data and insights. Take a highly proactive approach in recommending and implementing tactics for continuous improvements. Monitor performance of key projects to optimize and find value.Project management. Create, monitor, and advance SEO-related projects to completion, working across teams to gather information and establish agile munication and collaboration. Use effective and respectful communication skills to collaborate with colleagues (development team, UX team, digital operations team, content marketing, and customer marketing). Ability to explain technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders and get buy-in.Desired QualificationsBachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Technology, or a related field6+ years of SEO experience with a mixed technical and content focusPrevious experience in the animal health industry or pharmaceuticals a plus (in-house or agency)A track record of SEO success with tangible metrics to show improvementsExperience with Content Management Systems, SEO tools (SEMRush, Google Analytics, Search Console), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio)Stays up to date on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practicesA passion for results and ability to quickly adapt to changeProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)Intermediate HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UX knowledge.
