Our client, a prominent law firm with practices across PA NJ and DE, has multiple openings for Litigation Associate Attorneys to join their winning team in Philadelphia Cherry Hill or Wilmington.Our candidate of choice will learn to bring experience in all phases of litigation including but not limited to drafting litigation documents (including pleadings, motions, and discovery demands), taking depositions, conducting legal research, and appearing in Court.THIS POSITION OFFERS A HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE (3 days in office 2 days remote) AND WE ARE HIRING JUNIOR-LEVEL AND SENIOR-LEVEL ASSOCIATES!PENDING BAR ADMISSION IS ACCEPTABLEWHAT YOU WILL BE MENTORED TO DO:Handle cases from inception to trial and appealAppear regularly in Court to participate in conferences and oral argumentDepositions and motion practiceDemonstrated ability to be flexible and prioritize work tasks in an effective mannerAbility to immediately engage in client contact and assume relevant responsibilitiesStrong oral and written advocacy skillsComfortable working with all levels of business professionals, including senior management and all colleagues at other departments in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office and OutlookKEY REQUIREMENTS:Have graduated law school with a JDHave sat for the bar (pending scorespending admission is acceptable)Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or New Jersey Must be detail and deadline orientedPlease apply today to be one of the first people considered for this position!
