Company: LX Pantos America, Inc.Job Title: Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager Overview: A Manager of B2B Project, is newly created position and a key contributor to newly launched B2BB2C delivery project. This role will directly report to the Head of Last Mile Delivery and will work cross functionally, but most heavily with the product planning and supply chain solutions to move new products through the various touch points in order management, warehouse operations, transportation, Last Mile Delivery (LMD), return management and customer service.As an exceptional collaborator and communicator, this role will be responsible for communicating with internalexternal customers. The position will also require leading day-to-day operations with the project team on task status, risks, and mitigation actions to ensure operational implementation of multiple go-live dates.Traveling (up to 25%) and business trips may be required to make sitecustomer visits. The ability to work in a fast-paced business environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability by managing numerous priorities concurrently; organizational and time-management abilities.Advanced technical skills with Microsoft Project or , Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.Collaborate with the project team to define scopes, volumes, and modes of transit in as-is state of current transportation lanes. Developing to-be scenarios with the project team to create efficient, cost effective, safe, secure, and operational feasible solutions for time sensitive deliverables. Supporting RFPs as necessary once to-be providers are defined. Primary Responsibilities analytical aptitude with a validated ability to analyzeinterpret data, with an emphasis on transportationworking with enterprise level logistics systems, such as a Transportation Management System, Yard Management Systems, or Warehouse Management System is required.working Home Appliances LMD or "white glove" service is very desirable.collaborator and communicator with equal skills in attention to detail and follow through.to cut through complexity and help the team reach decision as issues and opportunities emerge during commercializationinstill a proactive culture and provide training & coaching to quickly ramp up operations.regular team meetings to analyze periodic goals and objectives. Improve operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and drive reliability in the supply chaindevelop, incorporate, and integrate needed processes into SOP.
