Job Description:As an Account Executive at SpecTex Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the plumbing and mechanical parts industry. Your primary focus will be increasing sales with current customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role offers a competitive base salary, auto allowance and gas card, bonus potential, and opportunities for career advancement. This is an outside sales position so travel will be necessary primarily in the San Antoino and Austin areas. Responsibilities:1.          Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Central Texas region.2.          Identify and prospect new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.3.          Provide expert knowledge of our plumbing and mechanical parts product offerings to clients.             4.          Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.             5.          Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.6.          Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring favorable agreements for both parties.7.          Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system.8.          Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to remain competitive in the market.9.          Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand your professional network.Qualifications:1.               Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or a related field is preferred but not required. 2.          Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the plumbing and mechanical parts industry.             3.          Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.             4.          Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.             5.          Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.             6.          Knowledge of Central Texas market dynamics and key industry players is a plus.             7.          Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Join our team at SpecTex Solutions and play a crucial role in driving our business forward and being one of the true pioneers in the manufacturer's representative space.
