Job Description:

Gabriele & Company, recruiters for Manufacturing and Supply Chain professionals, is working with a Massachusetts leader in precision machining and forming of precision components used in aerospace, oilgas and military applications. Our client is expanding and looking for a Program Manager to maintain a continuous and controlled operation for the production of a given product. The dynamic Program Manager will devote most of the time interacting with the customer, product, operators and management to achieve the production and schedule goals of the customer. Typical responsibilities: Coordinate programs and cross functional teams to address complex aerospace and defense challenges. Lead multi-disciplinary teams developing integrated hardware solutions, unique material and machining technology with timelines range from 6 months to several years. Guide teams through an Agile development process, maintain schedules and budgets, and provide overall direction for successful completion of programs. Work with customers on technical requirements, help bring the customer's vision to reality, build, and maintain customer relationships, as well as work closely with our internal manufacturing, suppliers, and leadership teams.Requirements: BS (Engineering discipline preferred)3+ years of manufacturing program management in an aerospacedefense related operation. Experience managing technical teams internally while working with external customers. Proven record of successfully leading programs with a strong background in R&D programs as well as production and manufacturingExperience working on complex electromechanical, autonomous vehicles or robotics programs Well versed in SPC; Agile; Lean tools Experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, or other outside vendors.
