NG is currently looking for a Business Development Manager in the AustinSan Antonio are. This job is full-time. Hours typically range from Monday through Friday afternoon 8am-5pm but can vary. Some evenings and weekends are required occasionally as needed. SummaryObjective: Using the high, deep, and wide methods, develop and maintain a customer base through lead generations from attending industry networking events, building relationships with existing and new clients, following up with referrals, as well as collaborating with our current team.Work Environment (temperature, noise level, insideoutside): 50% remoteoffice, 50% traveling to job sites, lunches, offices, etc. Should expect to travel and be outside regardless of weather, safety permittingPhysical Demands:• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends• Must be physically capable of carrying up to 50 pounds• Must be able to leanbendcarry boxesset up eventsEssential Functions:• Conduct business reviews and lunch & learn presentations• Attend pre-bid meetings• Collaborate with internal NG Division Managers to align realistic and achievable goals• Participate in industry event and organizationsRequirements• 4+ years of outside sales and customer service background• Must have effective written and oral communication skills• Intermediate to Expert in Microsoft Office, Excel, andor other like programs• Experience with worksites of all sizes• Familiar with construction and hydro-excavation industries• Must be able to drive a company provided vehicleCompetency (KSAs):• Self-motivated• Hard worker who possesses an entrepreneurial mindset• Highest levels of integrity, customer service, and drive• Ability to work independently with little supervision
