Litigation Associate - Cyber and Data PrivacyOur client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience for its cyber, privacy, and data innovation team in the following offices: New York, Boston, Chicago, DC, Austin, Houston, Portland, Irvine, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Santa Monica, and Seattle. Cyber or privacy experience is not required for this role; candidates must have sophisticated litigation experience.The salary range for this role is between $260,000-$365,000 and may vary depending on a range of factors.Qualifications:3-5 years of substantial litigation experience within a law firm. Cyber or privacy litigation experience is not required.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivated and proactive; team-focused.Excellent client-interfacing and interpersonal skills.Strong academic credentials.State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.Superior writing and verbal communication skills.Membership to the State Bar of the desired office is strongly preferred.Additional Information:The position involves handling complex disputes and litigation, working directly with clients, managing all aspects of discovery, taking and defending depositions, making court appearances and handling oral argument at key hearings, handling mediations, among others.All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
