Job Description:

Procore SpecialistA Procore Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the utilization of the Procore construction management software platform within our multi-state general contracting organization. The role of a Procore Specialist involves understanding the platform's functionalities, configuring it to meet the organization's specific needs, providing training to users both in the office and in the field, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities:Platform Configuration:Customize Procore settings and features to align with the organization's project management requirementsSet up project templates, workflows, and user permissions within the Procore platformIntegrate Procore with other relevant software tools used within the organization for seamless data flowUser Training and Support:Conduct training sessions for project teams and stakeholders on how to effectively use Procore for various project management tasksProvide ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through best practicesDevelop training materials, user guides, and FAQ's to facilitate self-service learning and knowledge retentionProcess Optimization:Be responsible for and enhance project management standard operating procedures that align with and support the use of ProcoreAnalyze existing project management processes and identify areas for improvement using ProcoreCollaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to streamline workflows and maximize the platform's capabilitiesImplement best practices and standards for data management, documentation, and communication within ProcoreSystem Administrator:Serve as the primary administrator for the Procore platform, managing user accounts, permissions, and access levelsStay updated on Procore updates, new features, and industry trends to ensure the platform is leveraged to its full potentialPerform regular audits of Procore data to maintain data integrity and security standardsVendor Liaison:Act as a liaison between the organizations and Procore support teams or third- party vendors for technical assistance, issue resolution, and system upgradesAdvocate for the organization's needs and requirements within the Procore user community, providing feedback and suggestions for product enhancementsQualifications:Procore certification or equivalent experience demonstrating proficiency in using and configuring the Procore platformBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, information technology, or a related fieldStrong understanding of construction project management processes and terminologyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively train and support users at all levels of the organizationAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for process improvementExperience in system administration, preferably with SaaS platforms, and familiarity with cloud-based technologiesDetail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable with public speaking for training purposesReports to: PartnerExecutive Vice President This position is a full-time, in-office role located in Lake Delton, WI. Minimal travel may be required.
