SCOPE OF WORK:ETRO is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to drive our Women's RTW collection in our specialty stores. This individual is an enthusiastic, and detail-oriented team player who takes ownership over projects and ensures successful delivery. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and have a solutions-oriented approach. This role will develop new client relationships both internally and externally, grow existing accounts to generate sales, and provide support during seasonal markets. RESPONSIBILITY:Develop and strengthen client relationships with Buyers, Specialty Stores, and E-Commerce sitesMeet and negotiate with key clients in regard to financial plans and sales targetsPrepare recaps that highlight opportunities - best sellers, door performance, how it relates to the total business and translate that into growth opportunitiesEstablish a strategic partnership with accounts to further understand the product needs and opportunitiesResearch and perform competitive market analysis and keep track of current trends Present collection and make recommendations based on sales performance and current trendsProvide the highest level of customer service and follow through on orders and deliverablesServe as a brand ambassador, embodying the values, aesthetic, and heritage of ETRO's Italian luxury company.Schedule regular visits to accounts and perform product knowledge seminars ensuring visual merchandising standards, and promote brand awarenessCollect and gather sales information to efficiently analyze the businessProcess orders and build collaboration across departmental lines between Product, Sales Planning, Finance and the field to maximize sales and ensuring the right product is purchased and placedManage all aspects of customer relationships through relevant internal teams (i.e. logistics, customer service and credit management)Implement operational duties to effectively manage a wholesale business, track selling, monitor markdowns, place and track ordersMAIN ORGANISATIONAL INTERFACES:WholesaleBuyingLogisticsRetailFinanceCRMEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in business or related field3-5 years of experience in wholesale, market research, and client relationshipExperience in the luxury sector and knowledge of industry-specific dynamicsFamiliarity with major US retailersProven track record of building relationships with key Department and Specialty stores, along with an understanding of the targeted markets Ability to growing and developing a brand for market share by assessing appropriate distribution channels.Self-starter with ability to organize and manage workload and work independently.SPECIFIC SKILLS:Strong communication skills - both written and verbal Excellent knowledge of Excel Strong analytical skills and financial acumenStrong product sensibility, deep knowledge of and passion for competitive market, trends, & industryProject management, detail oriented, and organized.Critical thinking and problem solving skills with proven ability to drive resultsSoftware: SKYPAD, Nu-ORDER, and Fashion GPSThis job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the Employer.We are an equal-opportunity employer.
