Executive AssistantOverland Park (onsite)$55-65kyearESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Handle confidential information on the phone, in person, and in physical andor computer files.2. Answer phones, address incoming questions3. Gatekeep in-person to deal with walk-ins congregants, vendors, and outside sources to protect Rabbis schedule.4. Answering questions and solving problems individually or in collaboration with the Executive Director, Accountant, and program team; providing prompt, complete resolution, and follow through.5. Managing schedules and logistics: Being on-site to manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle any last-minute changes or arrangements efficiently.6. Perform general office duties.7. Observe and anticipate the Director's needs, including providing proactive support and assistance. This may include picking up lunch, supplies, etc.8. Manage Director's calendar by greeting appointments, bringing to Director's office, handle in-meeting needs, and escorting meetings out after the meeting.9. Administration of Cemetery including CIMS database, compassionately working with associates for funeral in-take, and handling accounting needs on a limited basis.10. Handling the administrative and logistical needs for all life cycle events.11. File, retrieve, and maintain accurate detailed documents, records, and reports as needed using MS office applications.12. Assist the team in events and activities to ensure event success. Some evenings and weekends.13. Back-up the front desk when receptionist time-off, including 1-hour daily for lunch.14. Perform a variety of tasks and projects as assigned.JOB SPECIFICATIONSREQUIREMENTS• High School Degree. Bachelor's degree preferred (not required). An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.• 2+ years related administrative experience with MS Office products; specifically Excel and Word. Ability to learn additional programs. Familiarity with ShulCloud, CIMS, or other CRM is a plus. Motivation to learn new programming will be considered.• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all financial, membership, and personal data.• Welcoming, positive, friendly demeanor.• Proven attention to detail. Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
