We have $4 billion in assets under management and are looking for eager service associates, planners, and advisors who are looking to refine their skills and build a career with a rapidly growing firm.The Financial Advisor will be responsible for assisting in the financial planning process for our Lake Oswego Office, as well as procuring, maintaining, and managing client relationships. Our clients' profiles are high net worth individuals and families. A central investment team will provide the portfolio management responsibilities. Job duties:Work alongside senior advisors in the client onboarding process.Stay current on industry trends and financial products.Assist advisor in selecting, implementing, and monitoring asset allocation.Review a high volume of client accounts and plans quarterly to determine if there is a need for a plan modification.Build and present financial plans for current and existing clients. This includes data gathering, data entry, scenario analysis, and presenting in teract and correspond with clients on financial planning software issues in a timely manner.Participate in business development efforts through collaboration with our marketing team to improve prospecting strategies, as well as by attending networking events, and more.Other responsibilities may come up as the role progresses.Qualifications: Superior communication and relationship-building skills to establish a strong foundation of customer service for all clients.If you possess integrity, intentionality, accountability, confidence, and the determination to invest in your future and are coachable and eager to learn about business and financial principles, this opportunity may be for you.The small office size requires someone who has a "no task is too small type of attitude"Ability to prioritize tasks in a manner that is consistent with both task urgency and efficiency.It's important you are a self-starter who thrives when given autonomy.Knowledgeable about financial markets and the economy.CFP® certification required.Knowledge of Schwab Advisor Network and Schwab platform a plus.4-year degree from an accredited college or university; MBA a plus.eMoney Advisor, Tamarac, Salesforce experience a plus.At least 5 years of relevant experience required.Must be located in Lake Oswego or surrounding pensation & BenefitsCompensation Range: $90,000-$150,000, plus potential eligibility for account payouts15 Days of Paid Time Off (PTO) & 10 Market Holidays401(k) Plan with matchBenefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance
