Job Description:

What You'll Do Seamless business practices from company to internal and external customers.technical support on questions pertaining to application of products from customers, engineering firms, sales, and customer service teams.technical review of customer and project specifications by developing appropriate designs, support documentation, test reports, and cover letters as required.Develop & maintain a customer specification & approved catalogue number database for future quotation reference. Maintain and update product catalog and website. Participate and collaborate with customers to develop and upgrade written specifications. Conduct on and off-site product training & promotion alongside various internal support teams.Assure product designs, components, and materials meet applicable standards. Possess an understanding of all applicable product standards and aid in certified test report development. Support engineering projects and assist in prototype design & development. Coordinate production of samples for testing, promotion, and marketing functions. Project management from customer inquiry to installation and testing of products. Create customer drawings using SolidWorks andor AutoCAD. Perform cost estimates using available data and resources. Engineering, foundation design, deep and shallow foundationsEngineeringManagementPilesWhat You'll Need to Excel in This Role Education:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or other similar studies.Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role.CAD skills utilizing AutoCAD or SolidWorks.Knowledge of engineering principles and application to product design and development.Experience performing a multitude of mathematical calculations.Experience reviewing, analyzing, and discussing technical specifications from customers.Professional Engineer Certification desired.Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must possess team player mentality and be able to bring innovative and creative solutions to fruition.Must have sense of urgency, tact, and diplomacy when working with internal and external customers.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions either furnished or created in writtenoral form.Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in high stress situations.oriented with multi-tasking abilities.to effectively present information to clients, public groups, boards of directors, employees, puter and Microsoft skills
