As a Vice President of Finance, Business Performance Management, you will work closely with high-level executives to enhance business performance and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. This position is essential for someone who seeks to influence global financial strategies and enjoys working in a dynamic international setting.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a strategic partner to business segment leaders, providing financial insights and support that drive business decisions.Lead financial reporting for the Logistics Services segment, ensuring clarity and alignment between management and statutory requirements.Oversee and coordinate the financial forecasting process with department heads and the global finance team.Actively participate in M&A activities, providing financial analysis and strategic insight to support the finance M&A team.Support the EVPCOO of Logistics in establishing business objectives and developing strategies to achieve these goals.Manage investment reviews and facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure strategic alignment and performance optimization.Drive performance improvement initiatives within the Logistics Services segment and lead a culturally diverse and high-performing international team.What You'll Need:A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in an international business environment, ideally within logistics or related sectors.Advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.Extensive experience in financial modeling and understanding of business governance.Proficient in Power BI for reporting and analysis.Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop teams across different geographies.Excellent communication skills, capable of effective presentation and negotiation in a complex stakeholder environment.A proactive, structured, and solutions-oriented approach with a strong commitment to results.Even Better If You Have:Direct experience in the logistics or shipping industries.A global mindset and experience working with diverse teams and business practices.Join Us:As part of our client's team, you will contribute to transforming the logistics industry into a sustainable, zero-emission operation.
