Litigation and Business Transaction Paralegal Cushing & Dolan, P.C. is a 40-year-old, Waltham-based, A.V. rated law firm ranked among the largest law firms in Massachusetts. We are seeking a full-time in office Litigation and Business Transaction paralegal to work closely with an attorney who manages a growing litigation, corporate and business transaction case load. This position requires at least 3 - 5 years of paralegal experience in a litigation andor business transaction role. This position requires competency with Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and Massachusetts E-Filing. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, scheduling; calendaring; file, mail and document management; client and case management; drafting litigation and transaction documents; discovery and, assisting the attorney with all aspects of litigation andor business transactions.Salary will be commensurate with experience. We offer a generous benefits package including health, dental and disability insurance, 401(k) matching and paid time off.
