Our team acts with integrity and always puts the best interest of our clients first.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Wealth Advisor Assistant at Legacy Wealth Partners in Ann Arbor, MI. The Wealth Advisor Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the wealth advisors in day-to-day tasks. This includes maintaining client records, preparing financial reports, assisting with client meetings, and managing administrative duties.QualificationsExperience in the financial services industry, 4 years minimum, 8 years ideal; experience working with National Financial Services (NFS) processes and forms a plus.Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and work efficientlyProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of third"party asset management systems, including how they work, their benefits, and their drawbacks - RedTail CRM, Wealthscape, TIAA.Previous exposure to estate planning issues.Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint),Right Capital Financial Planning Software, YCharts, Morningstar® Advisor WorkstationSM, Argus, Value Line, AdvisorStream, Calendly, Doodle, Zoom.Ability to work well in a team environmentKnowledge of financial planning concepts and investment productsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fieldTo learn more about the office setting and location, please watch this video: learn more about the company, please visit our website at:
