100% Remote RoleOur industry-leading Bio client is seeking an R&D IT Project Manager. The R&D IT Project Manager will oversee SGQO projects supporting system enhancements, AI automation projects for Quality, and Clinical Portfolio & Analytics Operations. The Project Manager has responsibility for the health and success of projects within a matrixed organization with direct relationships with various groups in the business as well as IT. Job Responsibilities:Monitor, manage, and ensure predictable delivery of projects in a deadline-driven environment. Time, $, resources. Drive delivery and accountability of internal staff, vendors, contracted resources, and third-party project managers. Own the quality of the project delivered.Anticipate and escalate risks and issues that require assistance, attention, or executive resolution.Prioritize tasks for self and others. Articulate critical paths for each project.Effectively communicate project status to leadership, verbally or in written form.The R&D IT Project Manager will monitor activities of client resources and external vendors.The R&D IT Project Manager is accountable for ensuring that the projects are delivered according to committed scope, approved budget, and target dates. The R&D IT Project Manager will ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes per agreed cadence and methodology.Job Experience:Experience with GxP-regulated system projects, including requirements gathering, planning, and execution within a highly structured framework and SDLC.10+ years project management experience, including budget accountability8+ years experience as an IT professional Comfortable with both waterfall and Agile methodologies, and familiarity with tools including MS Project and JIRAExperience with managing execution of projects per specific objectives - business process improvement, change management, Proof-of-Concepts, system enhancements, etc.Experience in leading daily stand-ups and cross-functional meetings for nimble, fast-moving teamsProven ability to motivate colleagues and manage stakeholder priorities in a deadline-oriented environmentStrong analytical and creative problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills - particularly organizing and presenting project information to managementCapable of working well under pressure; highly-organized with ability to focus on prioritiesCapable of multi-tasking across projectsCapable of working independentlyExperience working with third party vendor managementBackground in AI automation for Clinical Studies and R&D Quality is a plusThe following domain and system platform expertise is a plusClinical programs and study managementClinical Portfolio Management - PlaniswareQMS - Trackwise, QUMAS and VeevaData Robot, Captario SUMSkills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
