A construction coordinator is critical to the success of the construction team. Organization, timeliness, and working well under pressure are key attributes to your success, and Company Construction success. You will be working with multiple PMs, superintendents, vendors, and clients.1. Construction Coordinator Responsibilities: Filing, both physical paperwork and digital filesFile management in ProcorePlan printingChange order processing (owner)Weekly report assemblyRequest COI's (Accounting to file copies received)Material ordering for projectsPrepare Contracts and Purchase Orders for review by PM and VP of ConstructionKeep tracking forms currentBook hotel roomsAnswer phones as backup for receptionistAll other tasks as assigned by the VP of Construction2. Construction Coordinator Requirements: Be at least 18 years of ageAbility to have an organized systemAbility to use Microsoft Office and learn other computer programs as neededrequiredAbility to multitaskWorkers must be punctual and reliableMust work well under pressureMust work well with othersDress code is office casualMust be respectful and professional in all circumstances3.
