Job Description:

Our client, a national law firm, seeks a full-time attorney with 0-2 years of experience in civil litigation. Applicants should have an active license in Nevada or currently pending bar results. Can be assigned as assisting attorney or lead attorney with own commission structure. Ideally, have some experience working as an attorney, legal intern, legal assistant, law clerk, or case manager in a civil litigation department, performing the following tasks:Attending depositionsAssisting the senior attorneys with trial prepMaking court appearancesLaw and MotionLegal writing and researchDrafting correspondenceSummarizing andor propounding discoveryDrafting notices and objectionsInteracting with clientsPreferred qualifications:Personal injury experienceEmployment Law experienceStrong legal research and analysisExperience drafting and responding to discoveryLegal writing experienceRequired qualifications:Attorney must be licensed in Nevada or pending bar resultsProficient in Microsoft Office and OutlookWell-organized and detail-orientedReliable and punctualSalary:$80,000.00 - $120,000.00
