Project Engineering Technical Leader - ACDC BESS ESS Electrical Piper Maddox is partnered with a world leader in the design and manufacture of advanced technology batteries for industrial and defense applications. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineering Technical Leader to join their team.As a Project Engineering Technical Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our engineering projects from inception to completion. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring project objectives are met, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of our engineering projects and for providing support and alignment with the commissioning manager from the planning stages of the project through the final handover to the customer.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering, along with excellent communication, and problem-solving skills. If this sounds like you, please apply below (or through email )Responsibilities:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field7+ years of experience working with electrical engineering, and project engineering or a similar roleStrong experience working with power systems, battery systems, and controlsExperience in optimization of DC and AC coupled battery energy storage systems (ESS), system integration, and ESS controller designStrong knowledge of project management methodologiesProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated experience in problem-solving and decision-makingStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentQualifications:Lead and manage engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring project objectives are metCoordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverablesReview and write technical specifications to ensure that the customer specification is aligned with the technical deliverables with our contractorsDevelop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgetsMonitor project progress and identify and address any issues or roadblocksProvide technical guidance to project team members and assist with problem resolutionCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understoodConduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategiesLocation: Jacksonville, FL (On-site)Salary: $120,000 - $130,000Project Engineering Technical Leader - ACDC BESS ESS Electrical
