The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing process control systems, and utilizing analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities. The Process Engineer will also collaborate with other teams and experts to ensure efficient and safe production processes.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesBecome expert in Lean tools and facilitatorconduit for the organization application of Lean tools. Utilize Lean tools to achieve tangible improvements in safety, quality, production metrics, cost. Adapt best manufacturing practices from European sister plants. Facilitate the technical communication between departments. Responsible for developing procedures for the production process and the setup and control of process data.Develop and organize together with production management, the procedure and the documentation for the required training in the department resulting from improvement efforts. Practical support and process troubleshooting, working with production personnel. Optimize the process and achieve of cost savings. Notify maintenance on any mechanical problem with equipment and follow up with maintenance coordinator. All other duties appropriate to the position as assigned or required.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in a technical field andor three to five years of experience working in a process engineering or similar role.
