We are growing, and we need your help.SUMMARY: The Project Engineer works closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent. They will be familiar with the roles of the Superintendent, Senior Project Engineer, and Project Manager and will assist them in managing all construction processes to reach the goals set for the project. Duties will typically include, but are not limited to, scheduling, purchasing, submittal review, preplanning, safety, layout, production management, and project closeout.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Promotes implementation of Bowen SQP processUnderstands and supports Field Engineer dutiesCreates correspondence to owners, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, etc.Maintains the construction schedule using a CPM program; including engineering, procurement, and construction activities, utilizing ManpowerEquipment-loaded activities for tracking Performance CurvesAssists with constructability reviews and value engineering functions;Manage new project initialization processes, including audit of estimating change sheets, and recap setup, Buysheet creationAssists in purchasing including defining scopes of work, material lists, and project specific terms; including maintaining Buysheet, developing MaterialSubcontractor requirements per Bid Prices and Scopes of SupplyManage submittal process.
