Title: SAP PP (Production Planning) ConsultantLocation: Parsippany, NJDuration: FTEType: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)The Challenge:As an IT SAP Manufacturing Specialist, you'll oversee the monitoring, support, and consolidation of external services, ensuring adherence to IT procedures and driving technological advancement in Production Planning and Plant Maintenance modules within SAP ECC. Your role extends to collaborating with various stakeholders, supervising end-to-end solutions, and serving as a central technical expert for the company. Additionally, you'll provide 3rd-level support and contribute to process improvements and project management.Roles & Responsibilities:• Process Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective IT solutions.• Application Life Cycle Management: Lead local application lifecycle and design new applications.• Improvements Management: Implement IT improvement requests and coordinate with other CoEs.• Project Management: Support IT project implementations and manage resources.• Business Continuity: Ensure business continuity and engineer disaster recovery actions.• Monitoring of Maintenance: Deeply monitor external services activity and conduct periodic meetings.• Market Trends: Stay updated on market trends to propose software solutions for process improvement.Essential Skills & Requirements:• Bachelor's degree• 5-7 years of SAP PP-PI, PM experience• Technical knowledge in ABAP4, EDI, IDOCs recommended• Exposure to S4 HANA PP-DS appreciated• Experience in complex IT landscapes and international companies• Willingness to travel for project support
