Job Description:

*Position requires three days in office per week*Our Productivity Team is responsible for delivering productivity savings year over year across all of Supply Chain (Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing). This position will lead a productivity tower along with all Planview maintenance required to track, update, and manage all productivity projects within the tower. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking performance, evaluating risks and opportunities, facilitating tower meetings, providing a cadence for updates, and driving project completion. This position serves as a liaison between key stakeholders across the towers and supply chain leadership. What you will do:Responsible for analysis across projects, reporting, risk assessment, and tower performanceBring together stakeholders for decision-making, review, and direction on major initiatives. Build a cadence for the tower leaders to review, report, and update project performanceBecome a Subject Matter Expert in Planview Database (system of record for productivity reporting)Pulling down data sets out of Planview and working with formulas and pivot tables to report on tower statusWork with PM's to support their calculation methodology and help solve questions about how they will calculate actuals at months end Work with financial counterpart to understand the portion of productivity that is built into the AOP - be able to work with data to ensure a consistent match between AOP and PlanviewSupport Ad-Hoc Requests for project updates, analysis, and executive level presentationsWork with project leaders to ensure we have updated forecasts, appropriate stage gates, alignment on calculation methodologies, and reporting period actualsWork with Tower Leads on Best PracticesAbility to work with project leads, finance leads, tower sponsors, and other Supply Chain LeadershipResponsible for effectively reporting productivity results that align to our finance P&L reports.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, mathematics, engineering, business, or related field required; Master's degree in business, operations research, or related field preferred.5+ years of experience in a related role.Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Point & Excel including other Microsoft suite products.Flexible and able to work in a rapidly changing environment.Ability to push forward on projects, even when all of the requirements have not been defined.Detailed and deadline-orientated to meet regular and periodic needs of the business for accurate and timely information.Strong capability to thoroughly review and sense-check results so that analysis is right the first time.Must be able to create a professional presentation of results, including determining results-first or results-last approaches, ability to construct results that "tell a story", and ability to lead an audience to the proper conclusions or decisions relevant to the situation.Expert analytical capabilities including advanced knowledge of Excel and demonstrated competence with data Ability to proactively engage with the tower leaders and influence key decisions with factKeurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a modern beverage company with a bold vision built to deliver growth and opportunity.
