As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a 100% outside sales position and will require frequent travel. The successful candidate will have experience in selling rebar, merchant bars & beams for the manufacturing industry.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new prospects from cold calls, networking activities and market awarenessManage, maintain and grow Key Accounts by creating and implementing sales and service strategiesDevelop sales forecasts and achieve established monthly and annual sales goalsSubmit daily reports on travel and sales activities as requiredAttend trade shows as directedTravel as required for face-to-face sales visits on a regular basisIncrease sales to existing customers and maintain close relationshipPerform end-to-end sales and customer service tasks including but not limited to sales, order entry, ensuring invoices are paid on time, and apply paymentsThis position is also responsible for sales collectionControl travel expenses and remain within established budgetsOffer thoughts and suggestions to Management regarding effective ideas and materials for sales promotionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field preferredMinimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferredknowledge of the steel industry a plusKnowledge of CRM software and sales toolsBilingual in English and SpanishProficient in utilizing Excel and PowerPointStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationshipsSelf-motivated and results-orientedWillingness to travel as required
