Takes active role in data validation Helps lead change qualifications Qualifications for the RolePossess a deep understanding of and have strong skills in Oracle HCM Cloud Core Global HR, Open Enrollment, Benefits, Talent, and Absence Management. Also, great to have Oracle Payroll exposure Cedars just went live with phase 1, this is a Oracle HCM (Cloud) Product Support Analyst position Must understand setting up Workflows, Areas of Responsibility, and Data Security Must have reporting experience, OTBI reporting preferred Experience working with technical resources through data conversions and integrations. Taking active part in mapping exercises, validating data, and providing clarity to technical resources on proper logic for extraction of data Be able to identify risks, issues, process change Must have excellent documentation skills Have a positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude Display a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of their ability Display persistence to complete tasks and the rigor to ensure the solutions are thoroughly tested Can accurately estimate the time necessary for the delivery of work Having excellent English language communication skills are a must Additional Desirable SkillsExperience of HR processes from a business context Experience of other Oracle Cloud modules including: Open Enrollment, Benefits, Payroll Oracle Cloud certifications would be an advantage Experience of Kronos integration with Oracle
