Job Summary:We are looking for Health Fitness Specialist to join our team. Hiring immediately!The Role:As a Health Fitness Specialist you will:Work with our clients in a corporate fitness center setting Be responsible for helping our members meet their healthy living goalsSupervise and monitor exercise participantsInstruct group exercise classesPerform fitness assessments, determine exercise prescriptions, and design workout programs for a diverse population, including a variety of high-risk clienteleProvide one-on-one consulting, training, and motivationDesign & Implement incentive, health promotion, and other specialty programsPerform administrative tasks associated with facility operationsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:A Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or EquivalentCPRAEDFirst Aid certification at the time of hireExperience teaching group exercise classesAn outgoing personality and excellent communication skillsSuperior customer service skillsWho We Are: An industry leader in holistic human performance, Exos has spent almost 30 years preparing a variety of audiences to achieve and exceed their goals.
