Job Description:

Minimum 10+ years IT Support or related technical experience required.Experience in Help Desk and Active Directory Experience maintaining and troubleshooting desktop hardware, operating systems, application software and peripheralsExperience supporting end users on the proper use of applications or hardwareExperience with documenting and writing technical proceduresExperience supporting users via phoneSetting up and configuring operating systems and applications, computers and printers.Resetting passwords, mapping network resources, adding printers and installing driversFamiliar with network connectivity, IP addresses, using remote desktopExcellent oral & written communication skills
