For over 25 years, Pyramid Precision Machine, LLC. has served the aerospace, medical, semi-conductor, government and defense and gas and power industries with highly complex and close tolerance precision machining services. As a 24,000 square foot AS9100 REV DISO 9001:2015 certified precision machine shop, Pyramid Precision Machine, Inc. is able to create large quantities of precision machined parts that meet, and often times exceed client requirements.To help support our growth and support our most important asset, our people, CoreDux USAPyramid Precision is searching for our first HR Business Partner. The HRBP will support CoreDux USA with all people-related needs at our San Diego location as well as any remote employees. Reporting to US president with a matrix relationship to the corporate CHRO in the Netherlands, this is an on-site role in our San Diego facility. The successful candidate will be an important partner to our leadership teams both locally and abroad. Supporting the functions of the employment lifecycle from recruitment to exit such as sourcing, staffing, training, employee relations, benefit administration, and performance management, this is a critical role to the future growth and success of our business. Responsibilities: Facilitate site Human Resources issues such as benefits, retirement, employment life cycle needs, basic employee relations issues, and all policy matters.Assist with the recruitment process by posting open jobs, identifying candidates, scheduling interviews, performing screening interviews, reference checks, and performing detailed interviews for all leadership candidates.Provide guidance and counsel on employee relations issues across the client group. Support payroll & benefits administration in partnership with third-party providers and the finance team. Plans and supports company-wide information meetings such as benefits meetings, retirement planning workshops, new hire orientation, training and coaching sessions, and other relevant meetings to announce or discuss company matters.Assist with performance management processes including mid-year or quarterly talent reviews and succession planning; supports training for the performance management process.Support the Voice of the Employee engagement survey process including follow-up initiativesReview HR invoices for Accounts Payable processing monthlyProduce reports and scorecards as needed from the HRIS (ADP or other system)Possess knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures to administer special company programs and direct employee questions appropriately.Assist with local employee engagement, health and wellness, company events, and community outreach initiatives.Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports, and other compliance reviews.Other Job-related duties that maybe assigned.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university strongly preferred. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in human resources; recruiting and employee relations required, multi-state experience a plus.Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly at a machine shop, is a strong preference.Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills Strong administrative and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word applications required, experience with ADP WorkForce Now a plus.Proficiency in the Vietnamese language is a plus.
