You will work with your lead trial attorney to prepare demand letters and help to negotiate a settlement. Managing all aspects of the case during litigation Regular client communication throughout litigation is a priority Compiling information fo rdiscovery, pleadings, motions and assisting in trial preparation.Performing initial drafts of discoveryOrganizing, tracking, and maintaining original documents and electronic filesFile documents with the courts or other government entitiesPerforming initial assessment of projectmatter deliverables and requirementsContacting state and federal agenciesPerforming records research, review, and analysisCreating discovery logs and issuing Requests for CopiesAssisting attorneys with document review to assist with case development Requirements and skills: 3+ years of expierence managing a heavy Personal Injury litigation case load Experieince in personal injury litigation is required Must be able to organize and manage time and manage multiple tasks Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact and empathize with clients during their time of need Determination and drive to get the best results for our clients and to win cases Eager to approach all you do with passion and pride Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail Consistent record of attendance, reliability, and integrity Bilingual a Plus!
