Job Description:

Summary: We are seeking a Video Editor intern to join our Creative team! Reporting to a Senior Content Creator, this person will work closely with our video production team to help create compelling video content for our clients. This internship offers hands-on experience in all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing. This is hybrid role; with two days on-site at our Chicago office (Tuesdays & Thursdays) and 3 days WFH. Responsibilities: Support the post-production process by editing video content, adding visual effects, and refining audio elements Maintain organized file management systems for video assets and project files Assist with pre-production tasks, including location scouting, and coordinating talent and crew Participate in video shoots as a production assistant, helping with equipment setup, lighting, and other on-set tasks Requirements: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a film, media production, or related program Proficiency or interest in learning video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Basic understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, and cinematography principles Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills A passion for storytelling and creative expression Previous experience with video production or editing is a plus but not required
