Job Description:

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for managing the electrical department with a strong focus on electrical and maintenance work as well as safety, quality and cost. Responsibilities:-Lead and mentor team-Identify cost reduction opportunities-Promote safety culture throughout -Work with maintenance on troubleshooting of machineryExperience:-Strong understanding of maintenance practices particularly in an industrial environment-A minimum of five years' experience in an industrial environment-Understanding of and experience with NFPA 70E, Arc Flash-Proven ability to promote a safety culture-Demonstrated ability to improve uptimes and meet production goals while maintaining quality
