Title: Demand Manager Duration: PermanentDirect-hireLocation: Johnson City, TNCompensation: $80,000-90,000Primary Responsibilities: Develop and maintain sales forecast by SKUby CustomerCoordinate Monthly IBP process to compile key information from Sales & Marketing teams; gain alignment on monthly forecast submissions.Calculate key forecasting metrics such as Forecast Variance, MAPE, & Bias. Identify areas of concern & opportunities for improvementMonitor SKU performance and make recommendations to the SalesMarketing teams for SKU RationalizationManage large data sets allowing for cycle over cycle forecast analysis. Ensure 24 months rolling forecast are accurately loaded into company systemsJob Related Qualifications Skills:Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Information Systems, etc.. Prior experience in forecasting, sales reporting, sales analytics or related disciplineMust have thorough experience working in Excel at an advanced level : Formulas, PivotTables, Data Modeling, Power Query, Ability to present and lead meetings, facilitate discussions amongst cross-functional teams
