Description: The Senior Underwriter will be responsible for overseeing and managing the due diligenceunderwriting process for the firm's commercial real estate debt transactions across the US. This individual will closely collaborate with originators, legal teams, and credit professionals. Main Responsibilities: Manage the overall loan underwriting process for commercial real estate deals Review credit memos, cashflow analyses, operating statements and leases prepared by appropriate internalexternal parties Assist in determining any issues with deal structure; mitigating concerns at every step Assist with loan securitization by participating in buyer calls & interacting with ratings agenciesQualifications: 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate loan underwriting, M&A due diligence, CRE valuations, or asset management Strong knowledge of commercial real estate and lending techniques Bachelor's Degree preferred Proficiency in Excel (Experience with CoStar & Argus preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization skills and ability to work on multiple deals simultaneously Salary: $180,000 - $250,000Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k) Match
