Job Description:

CNC Lathe ProgrammerMachinist, Anaheim CA $35-40hrJob Requirements:Proficient using MASTERCAM to program, set up and run parts on DOOSAN LYNX2100LSYB MILL TURN and PUMA V400MR machines with live tooling.Setup Machining Centers with Haas, DOOSAN and Fanuc controls.Operate CNC Machining Centers and Manual Mills if necessary.Trouble shoot production and setup problems for a LEAN run.Using MASTERCAM to create CNC programs.Design, program, and machine part holding fixtures using MASTERCAM.Develop set-up sheets, blueprints sketches' etc.Verify Step files, CNC programs by running First Article Part for QA approval.Able to use all types of shop floor inspection equipment to inspect parts.The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings is necessary.Keep machines, work area, and equipment clean and free of debris.MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS.Work overtime when needed.Qualifications:Education:High school diploma or equivalentDegree or diploma from college or vocational school in CNC machining is stronglyDesired and most preferred.Experience:5+ years setup5+ years MASTERCAM programmingComputer Skills:Familiarity with computers running a Windows operating system running standard Windows applications is desired.Proficient with CNC programming using MasterCam 20XX required.Other Skills:The ability to read and write in English at a level necessary for successful job performance is mandatory.
