Regularly report insights and results to senior management and stakeholders.Adopt an analytical approach to continuously test, learn, and enhance our marketing efforts across all digital and physical platforms.Manage and enhance our engagement across various channels such as paid acquisition, email, SMS, social media, influencer partnerships, and our site experience and merchandising.Lead team of internal talent and external consultants overseeing website ux, design, and optimization, paid marketing, email marketing, customer acquisition and retention strategies, and implementationOwn our e-commerce digital marketing budget and P&L; develop budget and forecasting, monitor financial performance, and drive any necessary changes to meet or exceed targets.Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.Qualifications:8+ years of e-commerce, omnichannel growth marketing experience, ideally within the consumer goods (CPG) spaceDirect experience with e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g. Amazon, Shopify, Klayvio, Postscript, etc.)Experience owning, measuring, and managing budget, forecasting, and performance metrics, KPIs, and OKRsA scrappy and enthusiastic proactive problem solver with an entrepreneurial spiritA natural people manager, and love nurturing and developing individuals and teams to meet their full potentialHigh emotional intelligence, low ego, and self-awareness, which encourage positive energy, passion, and fun throughout the organizationExceptional communication abilities with a knack for delivering clear and persuasive messaging across various platforms.Strong proficiency in using data analytics to drive marketing strategies and evaluate performance.Well-versed in marketing technologies and platforms, including e-commerce systems and digital marketing tools.Proven creative acumen with a track record of crafting effective and innovative marketing strategies.Salary & BenefitsThe compensation range for this role is a $120K-$160KHealth & DentalPaid Time offHybrid Work EnvironmentWorking alongside a low-drama, no-ego team
