You can stay focused and calm in a dynamic environment and demonstrate confidence with clients while still driving initiatives forward.What you can except day to day:The Sr. Engagement Business Analyst acts as the lead or co-lead analyst on client projects in the development and deployment of payer and physician pull-through tools for our biopharmaceutical clients. You will support products including interactive platforms and tools to optimize our clients' sales and marketing strategies.Collaborate with Account lead to understand "why" and "how" projects are initiated to facilitate learning and career growthLead and participate in client meetings including project requirements, implementation, promotional material legal reviews, and budgetsDevelop and manage project timelines with guidance from Engagement Manager ensuring project timelines are adhered to, project risks and mitigation plans communicated in a timely fashionDirect andor develop Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MRL) submissions, presentations, training material and execute testing processesDirect the development of application design templates with attention to detailBuild test cases for client deliverables including applications, reports and data filesCoordinate meetings with Engagement, Business Intelligence and Application Teams andor key content specialists as necessaryCoordinate project teams including leading the work and milestone deliveryCommunicate effectively through multiple mediaQualifications:Minimum Required:Bachelor's DegreeOther required:3-6 years' experience in client services, professional services industriesTravel up to 5-25%Preferred:Degree concentration in Health Care, Business or Software DevelopmentMedical communications or healthcare industry experienceWorking understanding of relational database technologyHands-on experience with clients' online submission systems for medicalregulatory and legal reviews (e.g., Veeva Vault Promomats or IQVIA ePromo)Adobe Creative Suite, Wrike project management
