Job Description:

We are looking for a project manager to join our team! GreenStar International, LLC is an innovative firm with a business model that improves upon traditional practices. Our desire is to be a "partner for purpose" with the core team of each project. Whether it be the developer, architect, designer or general contractor, we work alongside to bring the interior aspects of a project to life.ResponsibilitiesSite visits: take measurements of custom products (i.e. vanities, kitchen cabinets); check on status of projects; quality control of products upon arrival; coordinate delivery of samples or any elements required; build relationships with various project teamsProject management: review all drawings and details; look for business opportunities within any given scope; be aware of each product, purpose and place within a given project; prepare matrices and spreadsheets for proposals; generate & organize submittalsQualificationsUndergraduate or graduate degree in construction management, engineering, another related field Experience in project planning and managementProficiency in: Microsoft Office, Adobe, Procore, Building Connected, BluebeamAbility to manage multiple products across multiple projects at a timeSelf-motivated and entrepreneurialStrong verbal, written, and organizational skillsSalary is inclusive of benefits such as health insurance, Gympass, etc. and is dependent on experience.Applicants must be based in the greater New York City Metropolitan area.
