The Client Care Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day client care operations, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining strong client relations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves overseeing and coordinating client services, addressing client needs and concerns, and ensuring effective communication between clients and the care team.
