The Hudson Rose will be opening this summer in Nutley, NJ and we are excited to begin the search for our front of house and back of house management teams. Our mission is to lead with a high level of hospitality for our guests and our team, everyday. The main dining room will be able to seat 110 guests, and our second floor event space "The Harlow Room" will host events ranging in size from 20-200. We are seeking like minded candidates who are passionate about high levels of hospitality and cuisine, know how to lead large teams to successful outcomes, and can make every service enjoyable for our guests and team. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the restaurants, managing staff, implementing and improving operational processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
