Peitzmeier provides demolition (both interior and exterior), earthwork and grading, and concrete cutting services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Omaha, NE specifically the Eppley Airfield expansion and renovation project. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects, including budgeting, project management, and construction management. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project, to ensure that it is completed on time and within budget, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.QualificationsProject Coordination, Construction Project Management, and Project Management skillsExperience in budgeting and construction managementStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of construction industry regulations and best practicesAbility to work well in a team and collaborate with stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related fieldRelevant certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional) are a plus
