Job descriptionThe Lead Superintendent will have overall construction responsibilities for a ground-up wood-frame multifamily project in Orlando, FL valued at $80MM. The Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Multifamily projects ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project duration.Great OwnerBuilder in Orlando with a solid pipeline.SELECT RESPONSIBILITIES:Completely review, coordinate, and implement the quality assurance program developed for the projectMonitor project labor productivity and material quantity requirementsMaintain project plans, communication, correspondence and subcontractsReview, coordinate and implement the safety measures and applicable company programs & OSHA standardsReview project punch list and oversee completion of all project disciplines necessary to receive a certificate of occupancyReview the Building Specification to confirm material, subcontractor, and equipment criteria and identify potential project document conflictCANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONSTen (10) years of experience, specifically on ground-up wood-frame construction projects is preferred.Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completionAdvanced verbal & written communication skills, ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suites, Procore, Bluebeam, and other similar construction softwareBENEFITSCompetitive base salary + bonuses$700mo. vehicle allowance + gas cardComprehensive medical, dental, and visionPaid time off benefits: vacation, sick, holidaysJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $140,000.00 - $195,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience level:7 yearsAbility to Relocate:Florida: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
