Our client, a dynamic and growing manufacturing company, is looking for their next Payroll and Benefits Manager that takes pride in delivering high-quality products to customers. As a Payroll and Benefits Manager for our client, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of payroll and employee benefits administration. Payroll and Benefits Manager Responsibilities: Accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll for all employees Ensure compliance with local, state and federal payroll tax regulations Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and other perks Collaborate with insurance providers and brokers to optimize benefit offerings Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and facilitate open enrollment Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and benefits records Generate reports for management and regulatory purposes Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance Stay informed about changes in labor laws, tax regulations and other relevant policies Implement and enforce company policies related to payroll and benefits Communicate effectively with employees regarding payroll and benefits matters Conduct workshops or training sessions to educate employees on available benefits Payroll and Benefits Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business or a related field preferred Proven experience as a Payroll and Benefits Manager or in a similar role In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations and benefits administration Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information If the role of Payroll and Benefits Manager interests you, please apply today!
